TSMC dovrebbe aumentare la produzione di wafer a <strong>3 nm<\/strong> fino a 175.000 unita al mese, ma la disponibilita resterebbe comunque molto tirata, segno che la domanda del settore AI continua a correre piu velocemente dell&#8217;offerta.<\/p><p>In questo contesto Apple non avrebbe piu un vantaggio automatico nell&#8217;accesso prioritario alle linee piu richieste. Nel 2027 arriverebbe poi l&#8217;evoluzione N2P, mentre nel 2028 il chip <strong>A22 Pro<\/strong> sarebbe il primo candidato ad adottare il nuovo processo a <strong>1,4 nm<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Il costo iniziale sarebbe molto alto: per i processi avanzati sotto i <strong>2 nm<\/strong> si parla di circa 45.000 dollari per wafer, cioe circa 42.000 euro. Viene citato per esempio il miglioramento dei chip A19 e A19 Pro rispetto alla serie A18, con una riduzione dell&#8217;area del 10% accompagnata da risultati migliori sul fronte di prestazioni ed efficienza.<\/p><p>Anche le indiscrezioni sull&#8217;A20 Pro vanno nella stessa direzione: il package dovrebbe restare della stessa dimensione dell&#8217;A19 Pro, mentre altri concorrenti continuerebbero a crescere in superficie per spingere le specifiche. In parallelo, i volumi iPhone restano enormi, con oltre 240 milioni di unita spedite nel 2025, ma la fame di chip delle aziende AI sarebbe ancora piu aggressiva.<\/p>\n        <ul
