Huawei afferma di aver gi\u00e0 prodotto in massa 381 chip basati su questo principio, segno che l\u2019approccio \u00e8 entrato almeno in una fase iniziale di applicazione industriale.<\/p><p>Restano per\u00f2 tempi lunghi prima di vedere un prodotto commerciale con prestazioni equivalenti a un <strong>1,4 nm<\/strong>. Le stime citate indicano un possibile lancio nel 2031, quindi tra circa cinque anni.<\/p><p>Anche arrivando a quel traguardo, il contesto potrebbe essere gi\u00e0 cambiato e l\u2019industria dei semiconduttori potrebbe spingersi verso processi ancora pi\u00f9 spinti.
