Con questa configurazione, la capacit\u00e0 di output dovrebbe crescere fino al <strong>45%<\/strong> rispetto allo stesso periodo della generazione a 3 nanometri.<\/p><p>Il dato \u00e8 rilevante perch\u00e9 indica un cambio di passo molto aggressivo: TSMC non sta solo aggiungendo linee, ma sta cercando di moltiplicare la velocit\u00e0 di espansione complessiva. La domanda di chip ad alte prestazioni continua a crescere a un ritmo superiore all\u2019aumento dell\u2019offerta, soprattutto per processori destinati a <strong>AI<\/strong> e <strong>HPC<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Tra i clienti che avrebbero gi\u00e0 bloccato grandi quote di capacit\u00e0 a 2 nanometri ci sono NVIDIA, Apple, Qualcomm e AMD. Le spedizioni di wafer per acceleratori AI sono cresciute di <strong>11 volte<\/strong>, mentre la domanda di chip di grandi dimensioni con tecnologie di packaging evoluto \u00e8 salita di <strong>6 volte<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Un altro dato importante riguarda il packaging 3D: i tempi di produzione di massa dei chip SoIC sono stati ridotti fino al <strong>75%<\/strong>, con un impatto diretto sulla velocit\u00e0 di consegna.
