Il progetto, noto internamente con il nome in codice <strong>&#8220;Vanguard&#8221;<\/strong>, \u00e8 ancora nelle fasi preliminari, ma la direzione tecnica \u00e8 gi\u00e0 tracciata \u2014 e rivela un cambio di rotta significativo rispetto ai piani originali dell&#8217;azienda.<\/p>\n    <p>Secondo un report coreano, Samsung punta a chiudere la fase di design entro il 2026 per poi passare il testimone alla divisione foundry. Il nodo produttivo scelto \u00e8 l&#8217;<strong>SF2P+<\/strong>, la terza generazione del processo da 2nm dell&#8217;azienda. Un&#8217;evoluzione, non una rivoluzione \u2014 e probabilmente \u00e8 proprio questo il punto.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <section class=\"fbp5-section\">\n    <div class=\"fbp5-section-label\">Processo produttivo<\/div>\n    <h2>SF2P+ da 2nm: <span>qualit\u00e0 prima della corsa al numero<\/span><\/h2>\n\n    <p>Il nodo SF2P+ rappresenta il passo successivo rispetto all&#8217;SF2 gi\u00e0 impiegato su Exynos 2500 e sull&#8217;imminente <strong>Exynos 2700<\/strong>. Samsung definisce la variante &#8220;P+&#8221; come un&#8217;ottimizzazione focalizzata su efficienza energetica e resa produttiva \u2014 due aree in cui i chip Exynos hanno tradizionalmente faticato rispetto alla concorrenza Snapdragon.<\/p>\n    <p>La scelta del 2nm per il 2800 suggerisce che Samsung non abbia fretta di bruciare le tappe verso nodi pi\u00f9 aggressivi. Quei piani sono stati abbandonati. Il 1.4nm \u00e8 ora atteso non prima del <strong>2029<\/strong>, con l&#8217;azienda che preferisce consolidare il 2nm prima di spingersi oltre.<\/p>\n    <p>Non \u00e8 una sorpresa. La miniaturizzazione dei transistor \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 difficile e i benefici in termini di prestazioni e consumi non sono pi\u00f9 cos\u00ec lineari come in passato. Samsung sembra aver deciso di smettere di inseguire i numeri sul paper e di concentrarsi invece su un&#8217;integrazione pi\u00f9 stretta tra la divisione chip e quella foundry \u2014 con l&#8217;obiettivo di ottimizzare il processo produttivo dall&#8217;interno.<\/p>\n    <p>Un segnale positivo in questa direzione arriva dall&#8217;<strong>Exynos 2700<\/strong>, il chip dell&#8217;anno prossimo, anch&#8217;esso su 2nm: i lavori procedono senza intoppi, il che suggerisce che la maturit\u00e0 del processo SF2P stia reggendo le aspettative.<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"fbp5-highlight\">\n      <strong>Il vero obiettivo:<\/strong> Colmare il divario con Snapdragon su <strong>efficienza energetica e gestione termica<\/strong> \u2014 le due aree in cui gli Exynos hanno perso terreno negli ultimi anni. Stabilit\u00e0 del processo produttivo e ottimizzazione del design potrebbero essere la chiave, pi\u00f9 che un nodo produttivo pi\u00f9 piccolo.\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"fbp5-info\">\n      Su CPU, GPU e NPU dell&#8217;Exynos 2800 non ci sono ancora dettagli.
