Samsung si prepara a rafforzare la propria presenza nel mercato dei SoC mobile con il nuovo Exynos 2700<\/strong>, atteso in produzione di massa nella seconda met\u00e0 dell\u2019anno<\/strong>. Secondo le ultime indiscrezioni, il chip potrebbe equipaggiare fino al 50% della futura serie Galaxy S27<\/strong>, riducendo in modo significativo la dipendenza dai processori Qualcomm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per la serie Galaxy S26<\/strong>, il nuovo Exynos 2600<\/strong> dovrebbe coprire circa il 25% delle unit\u00e0<\/strong>, con il resto affidato principalmente allo Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con l\u2019arrivo dell\u2019Exynos 2700, per\u00f2, la situazione potrebbe cambiare drasticamente. Un recente report indica che nella gamma Galaxy S27<\/strong> la quota Exynos potrebbe salire al 50%<\/strong>, segnando un riequilibrio importante nel rapporto con Qualcomm e potenzialmente impattando anche sui ricavi del partner statunitense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produzione a 2nm e nodo SF2P<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Il nuovo SoC sar\u00e0 realizzato con il processo 2nm GAA (Gate-All-Around)<\/strong> di Samsung Foundry. Secondo le fonti, il rendimento produttivo avrebbe gi\u00e0 raggiunto il 50%<\/strong>, un dato rilevante per una tecnologia cos\u00ec avanzata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samsung starebbe inoltre promuovendo la seconda generazione del nodo 2nm, denominata SF2P<\/strong>, che potrebbe essere utilizzata direttamente per l\u2019Exynos 2700. L\u2019azienda avrebbe fissato obiettivi ambiziosi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • aumento del 130% negli ordini di chip<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • ritorno a una crescita positiva del flusso di cassa nel business foundry entro il 2027.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Architettura 4+1+4+1: configurazione inedita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Sul piano tecnico, l\u2019Exynos 2700 adotterebbe una configurazione 4+1+4+1 core cluster<\/strong>, una struttura non convenzionale che suggerisce una segmentazione pi\u00f9 raffinata tra core ad alte prestazioni e core dedicati all\u2019efficienza o a carichi specifici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Questa architettura, unita al nodo produttivo pi\u00f9 avanzato, dovrebbe consentire al chip di competere direttamente con la futura piattaforma Snapdragon 8E6<\/strong>, ridefinendo l\u2019equilibrio nel segmento premium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
